Loggi's logo
ABOUT:
Created in December 2013 by Fabien Mendez (CEO) and Arthur Debert (CPO), Loggi is a company that found in an environment full of transformations an opportunity to meet a growing demand for express deliveries. As a result of the greater adoption of technology among Brazilians and the evolution of the logistics sector, our business, which started only by making deliveries from one point to another in the city of São Paulo, has grown and we are now one of the largest carriers in the country.

In a complex logistics chain, goods transported are constantly exposed to risk of loss. In this context, the application of techniques and strategies capable of identifying, attributing and blaming losses are of paramount importance for the business. In this talk we will discuss how Loggi has structured its loss prevention strategy, a complex problem that is associated with a range of issues such as: traceability of packages in the logistics network, fraud prevention, user identification, identification of rare events censored statistically and creation operational incentives. The impact of the loss prevention strategy on the quality of the Logistics Chain will be contextualized.
